Milda Žilinskaitė
Milda is Director and Senior Scientist at the Competence Center for Sustainability Transformation and Responsibility (STaR) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and Founding Co-Director of the Migration, Business & Society initiative. Her teaching and research foci include corporate social responsibility, ESG, and migration and the global race for labor. Besides academic work, she is actively engaged in public outreach through channels such as the World Economic Forum, the Network for Business Sustainability, The Conversation, B The Change, OHCHR, and the World Bank Group.

Matthias Lovrek
Matthias is an expert in social entrepreneurship. As Chief Operating Officer of Sindbad Social Business, he co-developed a mentoring program for young people, scaling Sindbad's social impact across Austria. He supports Thinkubator in impact measurement and business model development.

Marie-Sophie Attems
Marie-Sophie is a project manager at RCE Vienna – Regional Centre of Expertise on Sustainable Development at Vienna University of Economics and Business. With a PhD in soil science and a background in natural resources, risk management, and geography, she has extensive experience in education for sustainable development. In addition to teaching at universities, she also has extensive experience in communication and participation in climate change adaptation, working with a wide range of stakeholders.

Reinhard Herok
Reinhard is an expert in green marketing and sustainability communication. In addition to his freelance work as a consultant, he lectures at various Austrian universities. He is also involved as a mentor in the Social Impact Award, where we had the opportunity to meet Reinhard.

Laura Tietz
Laura runs the Social Impact Award in Austria, an early-stage program for social entrepreneurs and their ideas. As program director, she is an expert in social innovation, entrepreneurship, and the Austrian startup ecosystem.

Thomas Timmel
Thomas is an expert in bioeconomy and circular economy. Since 2021, he has been managing director of BioBASE GmbH, an innovation platform for bioeconomy and circular economy. He is particularly knowledgeable about biotechnological processes and has a keen interest in lignocellulosic materials. Combined with his experience in representing interests in communication with politicians and public administration, he has extensive knowledge in the field of coordinating multilateral consortia. He is actively involved in the areas of renewable raw materials, research policy, and the development of the RTI strategy for the bio-based industry.

Nektaria Efthymiou-Charalampopoulou
Nektaria is an environmental expert and scientific project manager at the Austrian Society for Environment and Technology (ÖGUT). With a 25-year career, she bridges ecosystem science, international law, and policy across climate change, circular economy, and nature conservation. Operating in European and international contexts, she leads research and strategy projects, navigates regulatory landscapes, and fosters partnerships that translate ideas into impact. Combining scientific depth with hands-on experience, she is a trusted voice where environmental expertise meets policy and action.

Bernhard Zlanabitnig
Bernhard is an expert in environmental policy and sustainability. As head of the EU Environmental Bureau Austria and vice president of the European Environmental Bureau, he is deeply committed to environmental legislation at the national and European level. He supports Thinkubator as a sparring partner and technical expert in the network and contributes his many years of experience to the content-related collaboration.

Verena Kraßnig
Verena heads a strategic project on circular economy in the Business Development department of Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark, where she helps design sustainable financing, investment, and cooperation models. Previously, she was involved in a university research project with a special focus on reuse and repair in closed supply chains.

Johannes Naimer-Stach
Johannes is the managing director of ORCA Evolution and the Climate Protection Academy. He shares the Thinkubator team's passion for impact, entrepreneurship, and education. He joins us when startups are launched, companies are enlightened, and new avenues for continuing education are opened up.

Barbara Inmann
Barbara Inmann has been Managing Director since October 2025 and played a leading role in the founding of the Climate Lab. From 2022 to 2025, she led the strategic development and scaling of public-private partnerships and innovation programs, engaging stakeholders from business and politics in transformative processes. She has more than 15 years of experience in international business as well as sustainable and social innovation.

Helmut Fink-Neuböck
At Raiffeisen-Landesbank, Helmut develops new business areas and models that go beyond traditional banking, drawing on external expertise from his many years of experience in leadership and strategy development in the software and technology industry.

Edith Heinrich
System strength meets people skills! As a sustainability and CSR consultant specializing in environmental management and regulatory compliance, Edith designs and implements auditable management systems and impact-oriented sustainability strategies for companies and institutions. With professional precision and strong moderation and coaching skills, she succeeds in winning people over, connecting teams, and anchoring sustainability structurally and culturally.

Michael Ambros
Michael is committed to sustainability-driven entrepreneurship. At BOKU University he has established BOKU:BASE as a unit supporting entrepreneurship, where he is responsible for educational activities. With curricular and extracurricular offers, he creates learning environments and facilitates students’ development of entrepreneurial competencies for a sustainable future.

Bernadette Luger
Bernadette is an expert in circular construction and heads the Resource Conservation Unit of the City of Vienna's Urban Development Department as well as the “DoTank Circular City Vienna 2020-2030” program. She also gives regular lectures and accompanied a Thinkubator Fellow group.

Thomas Maurer
Thomas has been a Thinkubator cooperation partner since 2024 and supports the team in consulting projects. He has successfully built up a company in the field of circular economy and has a background in digital transformation and brand communication strategies.

Nadine Schratzberger
Nadine founded Montreet, a circular outdoor fashion label, and co-founded Fashion Revolution Austria. Together with Nadine, we hold school workshops and training sessions on sustainability and the circular economy in the fashion industry.

Daniel Reichert
Expert and bridge builder in the topics of Corporate Sustainability und Lean Management. Daniel leads the department Lean & Green an T&O Consulting. With the Lean & Green approach, the T&O Group specializes in strategically, organizationally, and methodically embedding sustainability across companies.

Raphaela Hellmayr
Raphaela worked on the development of bio-based and recyclable adhesives for wood-based materials at BOKU when we got to know each other. She volunteers as spokesperson for the Vienna regional group of the Cradle2Cradle NGO.
