Sustainability as a service

The challenges in relation to sustainability are manifold. The product, the supply chain and key customer segments often lead to very different requirements, especially for small and medium-sized companies that are not yet directly affected by EU-wide standards.

In order to correctly prioritize risks and opportunities and successfully implement ESG issues in your own company, knowledge and skills relating to sustainability are essential. This is why education is so central and versatile at Thinkubator. You can find our seminars on the circular economy, which are organized by the Haufe Akademie, here:

In addition, you will come across a wide range of questions that could not be more different, ranging from "How do I motivate colleagues to actively think about the topic in their projects?" to "How could we further develop our business model?". Our interdisciplinary team will provide you with flexible support along the way, including:

Reference project: Circular fashion startup

The Austrian company specializes in selling and renting circular outdoor fashion, especially sportswear. With the project goal of increasing awareness and sales of the rental offer, the focus was on the conception of a B2B offer and the development of a B2B sales channel. A central element of this project was the identification of new cooperation partners in the event and tourism sector.

Synergies were created through targeted collaboration with relevant players in order to not only position sustainable outdoor fashion more strongly on the market, but also to expand sales in the rental sector in a targeted manner.
