Barbara conducts research on organizational change processes and deals with the questions of what changes companies need to make in order to contribute to a more sustainable society and how companies can be mobilized for these changes.

Matthias is an expert in social entrepreneurship. As an operational board member of Sindbad Social Business, he co-developed a mentoring program for young people and scaled Sindbad's social impact throughout Austria. He supports the Thinkubator in impact measurement and business model development.

Raphaela is working on the development of bio-based and recyclable adhesives for wood-based materials at BOKU, for a step towards a bio-based circular economy in the wood industry. She is a volunteer spokesperson for the Vienna regional group of the Cradle2Cradle NGO.

Anja has specialized in research and teaching on circular economy in theory and practice. As part of her dissertation at WU, she is analyzing the cooperative relationships between universities, companies and NGOs resulting from EU funding programs.

Reinhard is an expert in green marketing and sustainability communication. In addition to working as a freelance consultant, he is a lecturer at various Austrian universities. He is also a mentor at the Social Impact Award. There we had the opportunity to get to know Reinhard and work together.

Bernadette is an expert in circular construction and heads the Department of Resource Conservation and Sustainability in Construction and the "DoTank Circular City Vienna 2020-2030" program at the City of Vienna's Building Directorate. In addition, she regularly gives keynotes, has accompanied a Thinkubator Fellow batch and continues to provide support with her expertise.

 Thomas is a Thinkubator trainer and coach. As a graduate of the Climate Protection Academy, climate model manager, press spokesman for GLOBAL 2000 and parliamentary staff member, he has built up extensive knowledge of climate protection, policy and communication.

Julian is our IT cooperation partner. As an independent contractor, he has already completed numerous projects, large and small. He specializes primarily in back-end development and process optimization. He supports Thinkubator in all topics related to development and infrastructure in the IT sector.

Expert and bridge-builder in the areas of corporate sustainability and lean management. Daniel heads the Lean & Green division of T&O. With the Lean & Green approach, the T&O Group specializes in anchoring sustainability issues strategically, organizationally and methodically in companies.

Nadine is the founder of Montreet, a circular outdoor fashion label and also co-founded Fashion Revolution Austria. Together with Nadine, we hold workshops and training sessions on sustainability and the circular economy in the fashion industry.
